Cruise Itinerary
We will depart at 08:00 AM from Zakynthos Town Port, sailing towards the northern coast of the island. Our first destination will be the majestic Blue Caves, a series of natural arches and caves carved by the sea over thousands of years. The wild white rocky landscape, along with the crystal blue waters, offers a mesmerizing contrast that is sure to captivate you. As the sunlight penetrates the waters, it creates an ethereal blue glow that lights up the cave walls, resulting in a truly enchanting atmosphere. We will anchor very close to the caves so that you can enjoy the view and swim inside them.
Our next stop will be at Sami, where you can either enjoy a coffee and a stroll or, if you prefer (by prior arrangement), take a taxi to visit Melissani Lake and explore this natural wonder in all its grandeur. Please note that this visit might take some time, as there is often a long queue at Melissani. This stunning subterranean lake is nestled within a 3.5-kilometer-long cave featuring two chambers: a dark one with stalagmites and stalactites covered in algae and moss, and a sunlit one with a collapsed roof that allows sunlight to illuminate the crystal-clear waters of the lake, generating a magical interplay of light and color that creates an otherworldly atmosphere.
Before we return to Zakynthos, if we have enough time, we will make one final stop for swimming at a secluded beach in Kefalonia. This hidden gem is embraced by impressive white rocky cliffs adorned with lush greenery. The contrast of the rugged landscape, white pebbles, and crystal-clear waters forms a breathtaking vista. A small section of the beach remains completely unspoiled, making it ideal for those seeking total isolation. Afterward, we will head back to Zakynthos Town Port.
